Overview:
BlackBox partnered with Indianapolis Airport BAA to enhance the organizaton's branding efforts through development of a national campaign featuring distinctive new advertisements to appear in airline magazines and national publications. During the campaign development process, the BAA was identified as an organization in need of enhanced diversity recruitment efforts. BlackBox Creative developed a campaign titled Connections - BAA making connections with the community, its suppliers, and its diverse workforce.
Department of Workforce Development Major Opportunities Program

Overview:
Since July 2006, BlackBox Creative has engaged communities in five Indiana counties (Marion, St. Joseph, Lake, Allen and Vanderburgh) to promote the benefits of the Major Opportunities initiative. Major Opportunities is an initiative that seeks to stimulate access and inclusion of minorities in the state’s construction trades industry. BlackBox Creative developed and implemented the marketing and awareness campaign for two years.

Overview:
Vocalocity is the leading innovator of small business Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communication. The Atlanta based technology and communication company continually delivers the best in value, technology, and service to their customers through a hosted VoIP solution called VocalocityPBX.
After an acquisition and merger deal in 2006, Vocalocity transitioned from the name ZivVa to its current company name, and enlisted the expertise of BlackBox Creative to partner in development of the new brand.

Franklin College Recruitment

Franklin College
Overview:
Franklin College needed to promote and increase diversity, and came to BlackBox for a solution. The college was a predominantly white school, and needed message that would express not only the diversity of the students, but also the diversity of the staff. BlackBox developed a multi-cultural recruitment brochure that was a big hit with prospective students and the envy of recruiters from other colleges and universities.
IUPUI The Olaynian Program Student Recruitment Campaign

Overview:
IUPUI's School of Liberal Arts needed an identity for the new Olaniyan, African-American & African Diaspora Studies Program that would help students from all ethnic backgrounds feel comfortable enrolling in this very culturally rich program. BlackBox developed and impleneted an integrated campaign that won over students and faculty alike. In fact, the response was so overwhelming during the first year that the program received additional funding to expand its efforts.

The HHRC&D "Plant A Million" Campaign

Hoosier Heartland RC&D
Overview:
Hoosier Heartland was preparing to launch its Plant A Million project, a 10-year, multi-million-dollar initiative to plant more than 1 million trees in central Indiana’s urban landscape. Following an extensive selection process, BlackBox Creative was selected from among numerous design and advertising agencies to develop a strategy for introducing the community to the project, which would provide public health and environmental benefits for generations to come. The multi-year project's primary objectives were to educate people about tree benefits and management and to ensure that the citizens within the 10-county area planted more than 1 million native trees.
