Overview:

Vocalocity is the leading innovator of small business Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communication. The Atlanta based technology and communication company continually delivers the best in value, technology, and service to their customers through a hosted VoIP solution called VocalocityPBX.

After an acquisition and merger deal in 2006, Vocalocity transitioned from the name ZivVa to its current company name, and enlisted the expertise of BlackBox Creative to partner in development of the new brand.

Strategy

Through a mixture of print collateral, banner campaign development, and website refinements, work created and executed a marketing campaign that combined traditional media with digital media.

The key indication of any successful campaign for such a specific service is direct sales. After year one of updating the corporate identity for both external and internal marketing and staff training initiatives was underway; the focus quickly turned to lead generation and successfully setting up a turn-key method for producing a high volume of leads on a consistent bases.

Results

A fully integrated marketing and product development initiative, spanning the scope of over three to four years was the result of our relationship with Vocalocity. Throughout the course of branding initiative, we continued to expand our list of services offered to the Vocalocity organization. We aided in the planning, design, and development of several initiatives for Vocalocity.

From application development, interface design, Flash-based B2B lead generation modules deployed across several of the top online VoIP portals, to sales lead pipeline integration with sales force, exhibit displays, 3D animated promotional commercials, traditional brand collateral development, and multiple micro-site programs; the partnership has helped accelerate the growth of the company.
